AirportMeals is pleased to announce a new regular feature called “Exploring!” where we will be publishing on our website academic papers dealing with specific countries, cities, and tourist sites. These papers will not be in the form of “reviews” of hotels and restaurants, but rather, will necessarily explore a location from an academic perspective.
We now are soliciting scholarly, academic papers which will be published on our website on a regular basis. The papers may be grounded in any academic discipline, with preference given to the social sciences, including business, psychology, sociology, history, political science, law, anthropology, and economics. The papers may not promote any commercial product or service. In order to submit a paper, a two-page abstract must be submitted for review. Our first paper to be published will be “Exploring Cuba!” where we will examine the tourism industry in Cuba from a social science perspective.
