I like Starbucks. Especially the Chai Tea Latte. Non-fat of course.

Any Mexican food works for me. But not too many airports offer it. Sad

Personally, I really like Wings Bar and Grille at the Eugene Airport. It’s before security, which is a drag, but its got one of the most extensive menus, and reasonable prices of any restaurant I’ve been to inside a ‘port.
